Process

How an engagement runs

Deliberately predictable, so you know what happens next at every stage.

  1. Scoping call

Thirty minutes to establish the question, what data exists, and whether I am the right person for it.

  2. Proposal

A written scope with deliverables, timeline and fee. No work begins before you agree to it.

  3. Analysis

The work itself, with a checkpoint partway through so findings are never a surprise at the end.

  4. Handover

Report, feedback or analysis files, plus a session to walk through them so you can carry the work forward yourself.

Start with a conversation

Bring the question and whatever you have so far, a draft, a dataset or just a topic. If the work is not a good fit for me, I will say so and point you to someone better placed.
